Sirius XM has bought Simplecast - my preferred hosting platform (disclaimer: I am a Simplecast referral partner). It shows me that yet another big media company wants in, and that I chose a desirable platform. SiriusXM already owns Pandora and ad service Adswizz, but they promise not to place ads in your show unless you want them.
Finally, Joe Rogan is not the only big name to land a deal with Spotify. Kim Kardashian West just signed a contract with them as well. I mention this so I can put both names in my show notes, and hopefully help my SEO.
